There isn’t any particular menu, but the chef fixes the individual course menu everyday by the seasonal ingredients which is selected carefully by himself at Tsukiji market, and fries them one by one in front of you.

It’s the real pleasure on the counter table to feel the breathing of chef facing the ingredients sincerely.

Vegetables, fishes, and other ingredients, etc. they are served in the best condition and with the best cooking.

We never show quirky techniques, but it’s our real duty to bring out the best taste as seasonal foods have.
